This page explains what CiteCrow collects, who helps us run the service, and how to get your data deleted.

What data we collect

• Your email address and, if you create an account, a hashed password.
• The website addresses you check and what you type about your business or customers (business type, offering, region, ideal client).
• The reports we generate: the questions we asked, AI answers, scores and fixes.
• Billing status from Stripe (plan and customer ID). We never see or store your card number.

We also read your public website to understand your business. We use this data to run your checks, send your reports and tell you about CiteCrow.

Outside services we use

• Vercel: hosts the website and app.
• Neon: stores our database.
• Stripe: handles payments.
• Resend: sends our emails, such as your Monday report.
• OpenAI: we send questions about your market to ChatGPT, and use it to read your site and write fixes.
• SerpAPI: finds the real questions people search on Google.
• Later: Google Gemini and Perplexity: when we add these AI tools, we will send them the same market questions.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. We delete it 30 days after you cancel, or right away if you ask.

Deleting your data

To delete your account and data, email support@citecrow.com from the address you signed up with. We'll confirm when it's done.

We never sell your data
